Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Shoreditch with some work from home possibilities. The Customer Service Administrator will


H

  • andle day-to-day tasks including responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media and review platforms.
  • Order administration. Work with our sales team on order placements, account administrations and liaising with B2B clients directly on account queries.
  • Resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a high-quality customer experience
  • working within SLA ans KPI agreements. Including order fulfilment, ticket resolution, satisfaction scores.
  • Work in a fast paced, team orientated department with an eye for detail, efficiency and high standards.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and Communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a hybrid environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer service software is a pluS.
