Purpose of the role –
Aesop seeks a dedicated
German speaking Customer Service Consultant who is available full time, working 5 days per week including weekends, to join our Customer Service team based in our London office for a hybrid working, permanent contract.
In this position, you will be responsible for consulting and supporting customers through Aesop's online customer service channels, including phone, live-chat, messaging services and video consultations.
You will build strong customer relationships and contribute to maximising sales and financial growth whilst providing and upholding a flawless and consistent customer experience across our growing channels.

To be successful, you will have –
- Passion for supporting, connecting and communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Excellent written skills
- Strong communication skills - German fluency required and additional languages desirable
- Ability to adapt the Aesop experience to the online environment and agility to learn
- A strong ability to make considered and efficient decisions
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise
- A strong understanding of how systems can be used to improve efficiencies and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with case management systems - (Zendesk and Salesforce preferred, but not essential)
- Strong sense of initiative
- Respect for Aesop and the rich manner in which the brand conveys its products, people and design
- Experience in digital customer service environment (essential) and knowledge of skin care, body care, fragrance and home categories (preferred but not essential)
