Customer Services Manager and play a key role in shaping how we engage with communities, clients, and stakeholders across a major infrastructure contract in South East England.
What you'll be doing
- Lead customer service and communications strategy across the contract.
- Enhance public perception and stakeholder relationships through clear, engaging messaging.
- Manage community engagement events, internal communications, and social value initiatives.
- Oversee responses to public queries, FOIs, and complaints, ensuring service excellence.
- Support training, facilities management, and visual branding across project sites.
Who we're looking for
- Strong background in customer service, communications, or stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into accessible content.
- Experience managing teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Degree or equivalent in communications, PR, marketing, or related field.
Desirable
- Experience in infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
- Familiarity with graphic/video editing tools.
- Member of CIPR or similar professional body.
- Clean driving licence.
