The Goal

Working across OpenBet’s SportCast brand as a Customer Success Engineer, you’ll be the bridge between SportCast and our global partners, ensuring smooth, professional, and timely integration of our products.

You’ll manage client communications, resolve technical issues, and guide partners through integration with accuracy and expertise.

From triaging queries to creating clear documentation, your role will be pivotal in helping customers bring our innovative betting products to market efficiently. Working with teams worldwide, you’ll combine technical know-how, industry insight, and exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding service every step of the way.

You’re organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer success.

A natural communicator, you can translate technical concepts for diverse audiences while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

You thrive on collaboration, adapt quickly to change, and bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Bonus points if you’ve worked in iGaming, client integrations, or with tools like SQL, Postman, or Jira.
