We’re a lean, fast-growing AI startup and one of Oxford’s most exciting teams. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who is technically confident, commercially aware, and thrives in fast-moving, client-facing environments.
You’ll love talking to people, build rapport quickly, and spend most of your day working directly with customers to set up and run campaigns in Benji.
Because we’re an early-stage, high-growth company, this role is full time in the Oxford office
This isn’t a traditional “check-in and renewals” CS role. You’ll be deep in the product, owning customer campaigns and communications, supporting sales, and helping clients unlock real outbound performance using Benji.
