The AWS Training and Certification Customer Success Manager (TC-CSM) is a strategic role that significantly contributes to the overall goals and objectives of our customers. The TC-CSM accelerates customer success by architecting and implementing comprehensive AWS learning journeys with a focus on learner engagement and business outcomes. This customer-facing role drives measurable outcomes in satisfaction scores, solution adoption, and customer retention.
As the primary point of contact for T&C's largest customers post-sale, TC-CSMs collaborate with AWS teams (Account Teams, Customer Solutions Managers, Solutions Architects, Training Business Development Managers) to provide personalized and insightful experiences that align to the customer’s specific needs. Additionally, they are expected to have knowledge across a wide range of AWS services to ensure that the success plans they design align with customer requirements and technological needs.
Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and executing technical skill development programs and projects across a geography and/or within a vertical (Financial, Government, Utility, etc.)
- Manage all aspects of program delivery in terms of scheduling, enrollments, forecast accuracy, customer satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes
- Lead and facilitate customer meetings and report development including the management of internal deliverables such as program plan, issues/risk and change management controls, and monthly status reports
- Work closely with our sales teams providing detailed information and updates on all managed accounts

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience leading the delivery of enterprise-level IT consulting projects or Customer Success programs
- 5-7 years of technical/professional experience with core technology and/or cloud solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Current experience working within the AWS Training & Certification Organization
- Proven experience in program management with emphasis on reviewing project plans, aligning program goals, defining program governance, and other project related tasks to provide best practice guidance
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services is highly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and at least one Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, OBIEE, PowerBI, etc.)
- Led teams and/or engagements utilizing agile approaches, values and principles
- Active PMP and/or Risk Management Certification(s)
- Ability to travel 10% to client locations to deliver professional services as needed
