Location: Windsor, flexible working - 3 days per week in office

Salary: £30-36k + bonus + package

Client: My client is a global food business, leader within its category, known for iconic brands that exceeds customers expectations worldwide.

Role Overview:

As Customer Supply Executive, you are responsible to support effective supply chain management through to customer order management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Navigate the end-to-end process from order receipt to dispatch.
• Sales Conditions: Manage sales conditions in SAP, ensuring pricing accuracy.
• Customer Relationship: Be the frontline support for our customers and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborative: Partner with sales teams to ensure orders are flawless.
• Logistics: Maintain regular contact with logistics providers to facilitate smooth deliveries.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and efficiency projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 📊 Experience with SAP & Excel.

• 😁 Previous FMCG customer facing experience
