The job
Customer Support Advisor
What you'll be doing
• Providing the very best in class customer experience dealing with a wide variety of inbound and out-bound customer service calls and emails
• Support the onboarding process from application to live for our customers
• Perform administrative tasks, including customer account changes and updates
• Use internal payment systems and company CRM system to resolve queries and communicate outcomes to customers
• Manage issues in a timely manner, meeting team KPI’s, escalating where appropriate
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers by communicating effectively and building positive rapport in every interaction to increase customer satisfaction
What you'll be experienced in
• Great communication skills, both written & verbally
• Proactive, upbeat and energetic
• A calm, friendly and approachable manner both in office and on the phone
• Able to prioritise work and deliver even under tight deadlines
• A logical and systematic approach to data with an eye for quality
• Ability to think on your feet
• Microsoft skills – knowledge of Word and Excel
• Experience of using Customer Relationship Management software an advantage
The hours
This is a full-time 40 hours per week role– Monday to Friday.
Required to work 2 days per week from our London office.
