Your Role: Engage with customers through phone and social media, delivering a positive experience with informative, friendly, and efficient responses. Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and actively promote our brand and products.

Key responsibilities:

• Connect with customers: Engage with our audience through phone and social media, fostering meaningful connections with empathy and attentiveness.
• Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Provide positive, seamless interactions that reflect friendliness and efficiency.
• Address Diverse Inquiries: Handle a range of questions, from content details to subscription management, showcasing your expertise.

What We're Looking For:

• Communication Pro: Strong verbal and written skills (minimum B2 CEFR level).
• Customer Service Excellence: Top-notch service and retention abilities.
• Social Media Savvy: Strong knowledge of social media channels and their best practises.
• Tech Enthusiast: A mindset geared towards technology and troubleshooting.
• Typing Skills: Minimum 35 WPM.
• Process-Oriented: Ability to confidently navigate structured processes and systems.
• Problem Solver: Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.
