What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Support Advisor within our Epyx division. This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Payments line of business, located in Meriden, West Midlands, UK. In this role, you will be working within a high performing team, as a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for handling queries from the 1link network of service centers, scheduling future work bookings on behalf of drivers, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be reporting to Customer Support Manager.

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in office and home office setup

- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Handling Inbound Calls and Inquiries: Answering telephone calls and responding to emails from Service Centre user and Drivers seeking assistance with products or services.
- Resolving Issues: Troubleshooting and resolving customer problems efficiently and effectively.
- Managing Bookings: Handling the booking process for clients, including scheduling appointments, reservations through the 1link platform.
- Handling Cancellations and Changes: Managing cancellations, rescheduling, and modifications to bookings, ensuring customers are informed of any changes and alternative arrangements are made if necessary.
- Recording Details: Accurately documenting customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years in Customer Service/Contact Centre
- Communication: Active listening, strong verbal/written skills, conflict resolution
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Work Style: Multitasking, adaptable, detail-oriented, team player
- Customer Focus: Committed to delivering excellent service
