Description
We're looking for a Customs Clearance Day Clerk to join our Operations team in Dover, working within our Customs Insights Department. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this full-time role plays a key part in delivering smooth and accurate customs clearance processes.
Working Hours:
Full Time - 09:00 -17:30 Monday to Friday, with a possible working pattern of 10.30 to 19.00.
(Compulsory overtime may be required).

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day customs clearance tasks
- Support both the Art and Wine departments
- Complete excise declarations and manage customs amendments
- General operational support as required by management
- Full knowledge of customs procedures and principles
- Proficient with customs clearance software
- Good understanding of Excel spreadsheets
- IT Literate
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to identify and report issues effectively
