Our Cyber Resilience team has a fantastic opportunity for a Cyber Security Capacity & Maturity Lead to join them in Preston.
Our role
This role is responsible for ensuring that Cyber Security function can deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner
This role is responsible for measuring and monitoring maturity of security function aligned to chosen Security Maturity standard
This role considers all resources required to deliver the service (its quality and maturity), and plans for short-, medium- and long-term business requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within a similar role performing maturity assessment across a multi-functional team
- Prepare plans and reports that track resource status, utilisation, and efficiency, providing stakeholders with transparency and insights into resource management (people & systems)
- Financial planning experience – estimates, analysis, forecasting and reporting
- Excellent time organisation skills
- Extensive stakeholder engagement and working with teams with conflicting priorities
- Experience preparing estimates and documentation with 3rd party suppliers for contracted work.
