Binnies, an
RSK company are looking for an experienced
Cyber Security Lead to join our growing team, overseeing Cyber Security activities for Binnies UK (700+ staff) and Australia (15+ staff).
Reporting to our Technical Director of Digital, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our digital infrastructure, ensuring the integrity of our data, and leading efforts to prevent and respond to cyber threats.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Binnies UK and Australia cyber security, ensuring tasks and projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Develop, review, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent security practices across the organisation. Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement robust security architectures for all networks, systems, and applications.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees to reduce human errors and promote a security-first culture.
- Lead the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to enhance organisational security posture.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in cyber security and share knowledge with the team and organisation.
- Prepare reports for audits and assist in external security assessments and penetration testing.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cyber Security Lead or in a similar role, with a strong background in managing security operations, incident response and security design.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, endpoint protection tools, SIEM solutions, and vulnerability management platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud security and modern technologies (Azure, containerisation, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 compliance and best cybersecurity practices.
- Excellent communication, team-working, and guiding skills.
- In-depth knowledge of security operational protocols, encryption, identity management, and access control.
