Job Title: CyberArk Engineer

Location: Warwick, Reading

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CyberArk Engineer with hands-on experience in deploying, integrating, troubleshooting and managing CyberArk Privilege cloud solutions. Need to have deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, privileged access management, and hands-on experience with CyberArk's suite of tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, validate and deploy solutions meeting security and business needs.
• Process and analyse requirements and product usage in a SaaS environment for the benefit of CyberArk product and its usage.
• Assist with incident response and system availability issues as they occur.
• Act as an escalation point for CyberArk issues reported by users and co-ordinate with vendor as needed for troubleshooting and issue resolution

Experience & Skills

• Experience and technical abilities associated with activities for CyberArk's Privileged Identity and Privileged Session Management Suites (EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, HTML5GW and DR)
• Strong understanding of how to integrate CyberArk with other security tools and infrastructure components.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with CyberArk.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for secrets management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
