Seller Growth Account Executive - 6-Month Contract (IC1)
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to join our Seller Growth Team on a 6-month full-time contract. Based in New York, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a selection of strategic branded shops on Depop, driving their success and growth on the platform.
Role Overview
The primary goal of this role is to cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key sellers, enabling them to thrive on Depop. You will act as a strategic partner, providing tailored guidance and support while collaborating with internal teams to implement impactful initiatives that elevate their presence and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key sellers, serving as a reliable and solutions-oriented point of contact.
- Develop and deliver customized strategies and actionable recommendations to accelerate seller growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive activations that enhance seller visibility and engagement on the platform.
- Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and experimentation.
- Report on activation outcomes, performance insights, and next steps, ensuring transparency and actionable feedback for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or a related field, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster lasting relationships.
- A customer-centric mindset, focused on understanding user needs and delivering effective solutions to drive success.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data insights to inform strategies, including proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Looker).
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work cross-functionally is a must, collaborating effectively with internal teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
- Knowledge of Depop's marketplace and culture; experience as a Depop buyer or seller is a plus.
