Are you a Physiotherapist looking for a fantastic community opportunity where you'll be supporting people back to or within their own homes?
We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our friendly D2A service which is part of the wider Intermediate Care service for Somerset. You will gain an in depth understanding of community working and supporting people within their own homes.
Due to our positive outcomes and progress we have secured further investment to continue to expand and grow our service and we have a number of new posts available.
Location: Countywide opportunities

As part of the selection process, a face-to-face interview will be required to include a practical element. If you have any accessibility needs or require adjustments, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate
