D365 CE Technical Architect

London - Hybrid (2 days a week)

We are partnered with a forward-thinking Dynamics 365 CRM end user based in London who are currently looking for an experience D365 CE Technical Architect take leadership over design, contribute to build, and mentor less senior colleagues.

Responsibilities -

• Partner with architects, analysts, Power Platform specialists and external Microsoft delivery partners to shape secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Define the technical architecture for new products and enhancements built on the organisation’s Microsoft Power Platform environment.
• Translate business and technical needs into clear solution designs, supported by detailed documentation and architectural diagrams.
• Assess technical risks, advise stakeholders on potential implications, and recommend balanced approaches that support long‑term stability and usability.
• Work closely with delivery teams throughout the build lifecycle to resolve issues, validate progress and ensure seamless integration with the wider technology ecosystem.

Skills -

• Strong background designing and implementing solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 landscape, including integrations and security considerations.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and convert them into structured, practical technical designs.
• Confident communicator capable of explaining technical concepts to varied audiences and influencing decision‑making.
• Comfortable working across both legacy and modern systems, with a problem‑solving mindset and a methodical approach to delivery.
• Collaborative working style with a commitment to producing high‑quality, resilient solutions aligned to organisational goals.
