Are you a forward-thinking data leader passionate about shaping the future of Data & AI Governance? Kubrick is seeking an experienced Data & AI Governance Manager to join our growing Data Management capability. This is a unique opportunity to combine client-facing delivery with thought leadership, helping define and scale Kubrick’s Data & AI Governance proposition.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead delivery of data governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives across diverse clients
- Define and implement enterprise frameworks for stewardship, ownership, policies, standards, and governance processes
- Configure, implement, and enable leading governance tools such as Collibra, Ataccama, or Informatica
- Design metadata strategies, business glossaries, data models, and data lineage frameworks
- Develop and implement data quality frameworks, profiling strategies, and remediation processes
- Lead delivery squads, providing coaching, technical guidance, and ensuring best practice
- Engage with clients to translate business requirements into robust data governance solutions
- Contribute to the growth of Kubrick Advanced, including creating playbooks, templates, and reusable IP
- Participate in pre-sales activities and develop proposals demonstrating the value of data management
Who You Are:
- 4+ years’ experience in data governance, metadata management, or data quality within large-scale organisations.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Collibra (experience with Ataccama, Informatica, Alation also valued).
- Proven ability to design governance frameworks, operating models, and stewardship roles.
- Familiarity with modern platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience leading delivery teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Certifications or qualifications in Data Governance or related fields are a plus (e.g., DAMA CDMP, Collibra Ranger).
