Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with hands-on experience working in the Bank WPB (Wealth and Personal Banking) space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Bank’s data landscape, particularly around Core Banking, Customer Databases, and Credit Card systems. This role involves leading data analysis efforts, including source-to-target mapping and data dictionary creation, while engaging directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data from Bank’s WPB systems including Core Banking, Customer DB, and Credit Cards.
• Lead the data analysis component of source-target mapping and data dictionary development.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment between data solutions and business needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems and processes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst within Bank, specifically in the WPB domain.
• Strong understanding of Bank’s data structures and systems.
• Experience with data mapping, data dictionaries, and business-facing communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead data initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
