Data Analyst

Up to £55,000

Hybrid - East Midlands (3x days per week)

Our client, a leading organisation within the financial services sector, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join their growing analytics team. This role sits at the core of the business, delivering high-impact insights that drive strategic decisions and support growth across multiple areas.

Responsibilities:

Perform core data analytics, including data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and insight generation.
Work closely with teams across the business to understand requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
Use a variety of data sources to produce actionable insights that support and influence key business decisions.
Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to communicate findings and guide strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

Advanced SQL skills (essential).
Experience with Python (highly beneficial).
Strong data visualisation skills; experience with Tableau preferred but any BI tool is welcomed.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong numerical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex data.
