I’m working with a leading data-driven marketing agency in Liverpool who are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join their team two days per week (Monday & Tuesday). This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, data, and analytics, helping clients make insight-led decisions that drive performance.

You’ll be part of a small but growing multidisciplinary data team, alongside a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, and Data Engineer, reporting directly to a senior marketing lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse paid advertising performance and provide actionable insights
• Support personalisation initiatives across campaigns
• Build and analyse microsites targeted at specific audiences
• Conduct channel analysis to optimise marketing spend and performance
• Measure campaign effectiveness and identify what resonates best with different audiences
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong experience with SQL and Power BI (flexible on other visualisation tools)
• Comfortable working with marketing data across email, social, and paid campaigns
• Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights
• Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
