Senior Data Analyst

Up to £65,000 + bonus+ equity

Fully remote

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a product-led, customer-centric organisation. This role focuses on understanding and improving the end-to-end member experience, with a particular emphasis on churn, LTV, retention, and renewal performance.

You’ll work closely with product, analytics and experimentation teams to shape upcoming initiatives. This is not a pure funnel-analysis role — you’ll be connecting user behaviour to long-term customer outcomes, identifying what drives renewal a year down the line, and shaping insights that guide product strategy.

What you’ll be doing

Leading analysis across core member metrics, including churn, LTV, subscription behaviour, retention and renewal performance
Designing and evaluating experiments using platforms such as Amplitude
Working with product data to test and validate hypotheses that relate behaviours to long-term customer outcomes
Translating data into clear, compelling stories that influence product and commercial decisions
Supporting data enablement across the organisation to help teams become more data-driven over time

What we’re looking for

Advanced SQL skills
Strong experience in product and customer analytics, including experimentation, churn/LTV analysis, and subscription or retention modelling
Background in tech-driven environments, ideally marketplaces or subscription businesses
Experience with Python, R or dbt is beneficial but not required
Someone who can work autonomously, communicate insights clearly, and deliver meaningful impact quickly
