The focus of this role is to bring our PS data to life using new and innovative methods of reporting and the creativity to make improvements to our existing systems. With a passion for all things data, you will analyse and interpret data, create and amend accessible reports and dashboards, empowering our teams to track and evaluate their activities. Working with our stakeholders to establish their requirements for reporting and analysis, you will analyse and present data in an accurate, engaging and insightful manner. You will also be able to run ad hoc reports and queries when requested.
As a PS Data Analyst you will provide an excellent level of customer service, proactively respond to feedback and use this to help identify and highlight areas where new reporting is required, or existing reporting can be improved. You will visualise data in a simple meaningful way, identifying and presenting current trends e.g. sickness and turnover data and recommend improvements.
Confident in using systems and working with large amounts of data, you will have a keen eye for detail, challenge our existing ways of working and ensure the data is presented accurately.
Working closely with our Data team, you will use this information to help the organisation understand the challenges and opportunities to inform evidence based decision-making and help generate ideas that lead to improvements.
