We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to work closely with our Executive Committee (ExCo), delivering strategic insights through data interpretation and compelling storytelling. You will support senior leadership by transforming complex data into clear, actionable intelligence and engaging presentations.

🔍 Essential Skills & Expertise

Core Data & Analytics

• Proven Data Analyst background with strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, including Power Query
• Experience in data modeling (preferred)
• Proficiency with PowerPoint to create medium-complexity presentations
• Familiarity with SharePoint Forms and Power Apps to support data workflows
• Knowledge of VBScript is a plus

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; confident presenting to senior leadership
• Ability to distill complex data into strategic insights and deliver tailored recommendations
