We’re looking for Data Engineers and Data Analysts who are passionate about using data not just to solve problems - but to drive meaningful change in education.

What You’ll Do

• Transform raw data into insights that guide product, teaching, and growth strategies.
• Build reliable, scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Define and track metrics that help us measure educational impact.
• Create intuitive dashboards that empower teams across the company.
• Partner with product, sales, and marketing to answer critical business and learner-focused questions.
• Support experimentation and A/B testing to improve user experience.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and ethical use across platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in Data Engineering or Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for modeling and optimization.
• Python expertise for analysis and transformation.
• Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Cloud experience (AWS preferred).
• Data warehousing (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Workflow orchestration and transformation tools (Airflow, dbt).
• CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical methods, or ML.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance (GDPR, etc.).
