Roseberys Fine Art Auctioneers is seeking a detail-driven Data Analyst & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team this September. This is a role with a strong focus on paid social - alongside data analysis, campaign optimisation, and content creation.

If you are analytical, organised, and love the idea of using data to shape creative campaigns, this role offers the perfect opportunity to build your skills in the auction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising

Set up, monitor, and optimise ad campaigns.
Conduct A/B tests to refine creatives, targeting, and messaging.
Track performance metrics, analyse results, and adjust campaigns to improve ROI.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align campaigns with our auction calendar.

Data Analysis & Reporting

· Collate and analyse data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, email marketing and other social media platforms.

· Identify trends in customer behaviour, campaign performance, and auction engagement.

· Interpret key metrics, highlight opportunities, and recommend adjustments based on insights.

· Present findings in clear, actionable reports for the marketing team and senior management.

Organic Content & Website Support

Ensure all marketing output is brand-consistent and optimised for SEO.
Coordinate website maintenance and development by managing updates, monitoring functionality, and liaising with the IT support provider.
Support the setup and delivery of email campaigns.
Assist the marketing team in producing engaging content tailored to our target audiences.

Skills & Qualifications

Degree or relevant training in marketing, data analysis, business, or a related field.
Comfortable with data analysis and regular performance reporting.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, targeting, creative testing, reporting).
Familiarity with Google Ads and GA4 metrics.
Confident with Excel for data handling.
Excellent written communication skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
