Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with 7+ years of proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data architecture and governance. This role involves shaping and aligning data solutions with business and user needs, working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data architecture aligned with enterprise standards and business goals
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
- Translate business problems into effective data architecture and models
- Guide the development of metadata, standards, and data governance practices
- Lead data profiling and analysis to ensure clarity and usability for end users.
- Promote innovation by identifying and integrating new tools and techniques
- Support strategic planning through architecture insight and recommendations
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, modelling, and governance
- Proficiency in designing and updating enterprise data models
- Experience with data profiling, metadata management, and data standards
- Strong communication skills for engaging across technical and non-technical teams
- Strategic thinking with a practical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to present insights and visuals that inform and influence decisions
