We're hiring a Data Business Analyst to join a global financial services organisation within a large Enterprise Technology function. The role focuses on data requirements, data architecture alignment and ServiceNow CMDB/AMDB, working across multiple technology teams in a complex environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Gather and track data and configuration requirements across IT functions
* Work with data architects to define and validate technical solutions
* Analyse data discrepancies and perform data lineage analysis
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
* Produce and maintain data artefacts and documentation
* Support delivery across multiple projects and programmes
Key experience required:
* Extensive experience as a Data Business Analyst
* Strong SQL and relational database experience
* Hands-on ServiceNow experience (CMDB / AMDB)
* Data architecture and data lineage exposure
* ITSM / ITIL and asset management knowledge
* Strong stakeholder and communication skills
