As part of METRO Operations Department, the responsibility of this post is to raise and complete Service Orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, and provide administrative support for the Production Managers and his/her team, working on a shift basis
- To raise and complete Service Orders (and associated Notifications / Confirmations / Material Exchanges) in a timely manner and in accordance with procedures. Data to be captured accurately and in line with agreed procedures/rules.
- To ensure all paperwork is filled in correctly before filing, filing and archiving to be done in accordance with Quality procedures.
- To support the Operations team to produce and distribute daily reports, to update and display KPIs
- To provide support in an administration role for the Production Managers
- To provide support in an administration role to the Engineering department when required
