We’re looking for a Data Engineer & Reporting Analyst to take ownership of our data ecosystem designing reliable pipelines, optimising reporting platforms, and evolving our analytics capability as the business scales. What You’ll Be Doing

Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and integrations
Owning company-wide reporting: maintaining IVP and leading the transition to advanced BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Building dashboards and insights that shape business and clinical decisions
Partnering with product, clinical, and operational teams to drive data integrity
Ensuring data and reporting meet client, compliance, and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience in healthcare tech (or a strong passion for the industry)
Hands-on with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Proficiency in SQL and modern data engineering practices (ETL, APIs, cloud data platforms)
Strong stakeholder engagement and data storytelling skills
A problem-solver with both strategic and technical capability
