As an
Invoice Processing Administrator at Hyde, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. You’ll be part of a dedicated team responsible for managing financial transactions and maintaining robust payment processes that support our wider finance operations.
Key Duties
- Process and code invoices and payments accurately, ensuring compliance with legislative deadlines.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, input non-PO invoices, and reconcile supplier statements.
- Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal teams, resolving queries and ensuring timely payment allocations.
- Maintain and monitor outstanding payments and manage invoice processing via the central mailbox.
- Provide reporting on invoice performance and support service areas with accurate cost coding.
