Data Governance & Change Consultant

An international company is transforming their ERP Systems landscape and is looking for someone with strong Master Data Management / Data Governance and Change Management experience to join their team and drive the delivery of change for business users.

The company has data governance policies and data dictionaries already set up, but is looking for someone to bridge the gap between Data and the Business, and drive data ownership for business users and process owners.

Profile:

10+ years' experience in Master Data Management / Data Governance with a strong focus on Change Management
Experience understanding complex Data Governance rules for Finance and Product Data and translating to the business users
Excellent communication skills to work with and present to business users to drive change, explain MDM processes and encourage business users to take Data Ownership
Proven Change Management experience within an ERP, Financial Systems and Business Data environment
Experience working in large complex environments with ERP or Financial systems experience e.g. Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics (D365), AX, Infor or similar
