The future of professional services increasingly relies on analytics and automation, and key to this is understanding data flows within clients and the ingestion of critical elements from their accounting systems. As a Data Ingestion Assistant, you will play a foundational role in this digital transformation, working with cutting-edge tools like RSM Data Bridge to extract, transform, and load financial data.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Extraction, ingestion, and formatting of client trial balance and general ledger information using RSM Data Bridge and other advanced tools
• Cleansing and formatting raw client data to prepare it for use
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients during data extraction and formatting processes
• Supporting our teams by understanding their data requirements and learning how processed data contributes to service delivery
• Participating in internal training programmes in data tools and personal development

This role is designed for individuals starting their careers or making a career change. There are no formal qualification requirements aside from an educational or work history that demonstrates capacity for logical thinking and problem-solving.
