Job Description

We are collaborating with this organization to identify a talented Data Analyst who is crucial in converting data into strategic insights working within the Supply Chain function. The successful applicant will engage with complex datasets, facilitate informed decision-making, and participate in initiatives that aim to improve operational efficiency and boost customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Dive into large datasets to uncover trends and patterns that guide business strategy.
Create and maintain dashboards to represent key performance indicators across various departments.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to grasp their data-related needs and deliver analytical solutions.
Generate detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in a retail or grocery context.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) along with visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Exceptional analytical abilities coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
Capable of translating complex data insights into clear messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to both independent and team-based tasks.
