We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Lineage Manager to join our Data & AI Practice.
We deliver scalable, business critical solutions for our clients in the Data Management and Governance team. Our end-to-end experience allows our Data practitioners to advise on Data management and Strategy, Modelling, MDM, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Privacy and compliance through to Data Mesh and Marketplace. In our team you will learn:
How to showcase and apply your existing skills onto our clients landscapes
How to grow your skills working on challenging and innovative solutions in the Data Lineage and Metadata Management spaces
Work on new technologies with demanding clients and grow your Data expertise and consulting skillset
Work in highly skilled teams advising and supporting our clients through some of the most complex data challenges ever faced.
As a Data Lineage Manager, you will need to:
Work with client teams to design and implement modern, scalable data solutions using a range of new and emerging technologies, leveraging your prior experience in this area
Work with traditional delivery or Agile methodologies delivery of projects
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, often needing to bridge the gap between the business and technical teams to understand client requirements
Leverage your Data Lineage and Metadata Management experience in solutioning business problems using tools like Collibra, Informatica, etc.
Lead Data Management delivery team and build/own relationship with clients
Contribute to our internal networks and special interest groups
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Designing and implementing Data Lineage solutions (e.g., Collibra, Informatica or similar) to ensure accurate tracking and management of data flow
Leading the development and execution of Metadata Management strategies to enhance data governance and quality
Implementing Data Catalogues to improve data discoverability and accessibility across the organization
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Data Lineage and Metadata solutions into existing data management frameworks
Providing expertise and guidance on best practices for Data Lineage and Metadata management
Ensuring compliance with data governance policies and standards through effective Data Lineage and Metadata solutions
Continuously evaluating and improving Data Lineage and Metadata processes to align with evolving business needs and technologies.
Set yourself apart:
DAMA CDMP and DCAM accredited
Outlining a vision, strategy and roadmap for data management well as developing the case for change to support that vision
Defining and implementing reference data and metadata management, including next generation solutions and strategies, operating models, architecture and solution components
High technical proficiency in Collibra, Informatica or Talend.
