Data Migration Lead – Global Entertainment Brand

Central London | Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

Up to £90,000 + Bonus

We’re hiring on behalf of a world-renowned entertainment company undergoing a major transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Data Migration Lead to take ownership of critical systems and ensure seamless integration and long-term support across the business.

As a Data Migration Lead, you’ll be the technical lead for data migration activities, working closely with solution architects to design and deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned systems. Post-implementation, you’ll act as the key knowledge holder, ensuring continuity, documentation, and high-level support for ongoing operations and future enhancements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading end-to-end data migration across ERP systems, with a strong focus on NetSuite.
• Ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are future-proof.
• Managing risks associated with system changes and integrations.
• Maintaining deep system knowledge to support BAU and transformation efforts.
• Ensuring documentation is clear, complete, and accessible for support teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in data migration within ERP environments, ideally with NetSuite.
• Ability to bridge technical and business needs effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on long-term system integrity.
• Experience working with European systems is a plus!

Package on offer:

• Salary up to £90,000 + Bonus
• Central London - 2/3 days per week
