Overall Purpose of the Job
As a Data processor you will play a key role in the creation and upkeep of Equipment Master Data in SAP. With a primary focus on populating maintenance data such as checklists, task lists & maintenance plans you will also support the creation & data entry of equipment records.

Overall Purpose of the Job
As a Data processor you will play a key role in the creation and upkeep of Equipment Master Data in SAP. With a primary focus on populating maintenance data such as checklists, task lists & maintenance plans you will also support the creation & data entry of equipment records.
Key Activities And Accountabilities
- To be responsible for creating & maintaining all task lists, maintenance plans & checklists within SAP
- Manage the creation and control of document information records within the SAP document management system
- Assign maintenance plans, along with their corresponding task lists and checklists, to the appropriate equipment
- Provide master data support within SAP to locations as required
- To create and maintain equipment master records in the relevant asset systems
- Ensure the accuracy of the master data populated in the system is maintained
- Provide support with system processing – both equipment creation & disposals
- When requested, provide supporting evidence to auditors
- Provide updates to the business as required and assist with supporting system enhancements
- The ability to manage workload efficiently with a strong attention to detail & the ability to populate large amounts of data accurately
- Organised & able to manage workload to meet agreed deadlines
- Working knowledge of SAP (ideally SAP PM & ETM Modules)
- Proficient in MSOffice (Word, Outlook, Excel & Teams)
