About the Role

You’ll join the Product function, working alongside leading AI and data specialists. The team is focused on delivering innovative, data-driven products that make a measurable difference to customers and the business.

As the Product Manager for the Data & Data Science team, you’ll own the data platform roadmap and backlog - driving strategy, performance, and innovation across distributed data systems, ETL pipelines, and data science capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the vision and strategy for data products and services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage the backlog for data engineering and data science teams, prioritising initiatives that enhance performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Translate complex data and AI requirements into clear, actionable product stories.
Partner closely with engineering, data science, and design to deliver high-quality data features and platform improvements.
Champion a user-centric approach by collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and drive data-led decision making.
Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of data product initiatives.

Stay ahead of market trends in data engineering, big data, and AI — ensuring the product remains at the forefront of innovation.

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or Senior Data Analyst.
Proven experience managing or contributing to data platform or data science roadmaps.
Strong understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data infrastructure.
Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira.
Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial impact.
Experience with SQL, Python, and APIs.
Understanding of market research, business case creation, and KPI setting.
Familiarity with GenAI tools and modern data workflows.

Bonus Points

Experience working with AWS or GCP.
Exposure to high-volume data platforms in AdTech or MarTech environments.
