Data Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects focused on Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics365, Power Apps, Power Automate). Any experience with Data platforms (e.g., Azure, SQL, Power BI) would be beneficial. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery Power Apps projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and clients to define project requirements and success criteria.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with MSP standards, governance, and documentation.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of project or resource portfolio management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record delivering Power Platform projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP).
• Experience working in or with MSPs or IT service providers.

Desirable

• Proven track record delivering Data projects.
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
• Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD practices.
