Project Summary

We are seeking a Contract Data Project Manager to lead a high-impact data initiative over a 3-month period. The role focuses on cross-functional coordination – ensuring alignment across teams, resolving data gaps, and driving consistency in how information is managed. This is a hands-on role that requires balancing technical integration with stakeholder management, acting as the central point of contact to keep the project on track.

Key Deliverables

• Successfully lead Stage Three – Connectivity, ensuring seamless integration of data into internal systems.

• Coordinate with third-party merchants to manage and deliver self-service data access.

• Establish clear processes and documentation to ensure consistent and accessible information across the business.

• Identify and resolve any data or process misalignments, escalating issues as needed.

• Provide clear reporting and updates to stakeholders on project milestones and risks.

Key Challenges

• Coordinating across multiple internal teams with competing priorities.

• Managing third-party access and requests while safeguarding accuracy and consistency.

• Driving connectivity between systems and ensuring information remains reliable and accessible.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in data project management or systems integration projects.

• Strong stakeholder management skills – able to influence and align teams.

• Experience working with third-party vendors, merchants, or external partners.

• Highly organised, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, short-term contract environment with clear deliverables.
