DATA QUALITY ADMINISTRATOR
Carbon60 is looking for a detail-oriented Data Quality Administrator to support onsite operations by ensuring accurate, complete, and reliable product data. This role is based on site in Wrexham and plays a key part in enabling the smooth supply of engineering components to customers.

WORKING PATTERN: Full-time, Monday to Friday
THE ROLE:
As part of the onsite team, the Data Quality Administrator will work closely with internal stakeholders, onsite teams, and suppliers to identify and resolve data gaps within customer systems. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality product and pricing data, primarily using SAP and Excel, to support operational efficiency and excellent customer service.
You will play a key role in ensuring product information is accurate, standardised, and fit for purpose, supporting both operational delivery and commercial performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain, review, and update product and pricing data across core systems (SAP, Excel, and internal databases)
Carry out regular data audits to identify and correct missing or inaccurate information
Work with onsite teams, customers, and suppliers to source and validate product details
Standardise product descriptions and search terms to improve data consistency and accessibility
Support data enrichment activities aligned with operational and commercial objectives
Analyse product usage and sales trends to identify improvement opportunities
Produce data quality reports and insights to support performance reviews
Ensure data meets agreed service levels, audit standards, and customer requirements
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):
Reduction in product data gaps and errors
Completion of scheduled data audits to agreed standards
Improved data completeness and enrichment targets
Timely creation and updating of product data
Improved sales and product usage driven by accurate data
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong experience using Microsoft Excel (data manipulation and reporting)
Experience working with SAP or other ERP/data management systems (training can be provided)
Previous experience in data administration, data entry, or product data management
Experience within a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment is desirable
