La Fosse is proud to be partnering exclusively with a fast-scaling, product-first technology company based in London. The business is expanding its AI capabilities and is looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join its growing team.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work on a variety of real-world data science problems and play a key role in shaping how AI is embedded across the company’s core products.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and deploy production-grade machine learning models to solve business-critical challenges
• Contribute to projects across demand prediction, optimisation, and computer vision
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate ML solutions into the product
• Take ownership of your workstreams while receiving mentorship from experienced data scientists
• Help support and shape infrastructure for scalable ML deployment, working alongside backend engineers (Python/Django/Go)

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles
• A degree (Master’s or strong Bachelor’s) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering
• Experience building and deploying ML models into production (e.g., in forecasting, optimisation, or computer vision)
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with key ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Solid foundation in statistical modelling and machine learning techniques
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, especially services like SageMaker or Lambda, is a bonus
• Comfortable collaborating with software teams to support integration and performance of ML models
