We’re working exclusively with a Private Equity-backed Financial Services group on a key hire: a newly created Data Strategy & Delivery Manager role that sits at the heart of their data transformation journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to bridge business needs with data solutions, supporting a culture of data-driven decision-making across a fast-scaling organisation. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, data teams, and business units to ensure data products deliver measurable impact.

The role:

• Own and deliver data products – shape strategy, prioritise backlogs, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals
• Be the link between business and data – gather requirements, define user stories, and translate complex needs into actionable roadmaps
• Champion adoption and governance – monitor performance, ensure data quality, and support compliance across the group

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in data strategy, product ownership, or business analysis
• Strong understanding of data governance, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), and data visualisation
• Experience working in a regulated environment (ideally financial services)
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders with confidence and clarity
