Description

Client is seeking a strong, capable team to support a data transformation initiative, moving from legacy Informatica systems to AWS-based architecture (Glue, Lambda, Postgres, Snowflake).

Emphasis on quality over quantity — no interest in generic “order-taker” teams or rate-based engagements.
Looking for high-caliber individual contributors and leaders
Require senior profiles (10–15 years) for leadership and developers/testers (50 team size),
Data architect or Data transformation lead with 10-15 years of experience.
AWS data stack knowledge (Glue, Lambda, S3, Postgres, Snowflake, DBT)
Experience with Collibra (Data governance)
Knowledge or experience in Informatica ETL like Informatica BDM/IDMC
Insurance domain experience (IFRS 17, actuarial models)
