CACI’s Retail Finance Benchmarking Group maintains a number of member-subscribed, data pooling services for a large proportion of the UK’s Banks, Building Societies and Fintechs. Each member provides data on a regular, periodic basis. CACI processes and aggregates this data and publishes the output for each member to a secure portal, comprising a series of views of the member’s performance, and of a pooled, anonymised rest of market.
The services enable members to:
- Form an objective view of their performance
- Take more informed decisions around product, channel, acquisition, and retention
- Ascertain market reactions to those decisions
- Identify shifts in market sentiment
Here are some of the specific challenges we help our clients solve:
- Which demographic groups have the greatest change in behaviour for my products?
- How has my market share changed over the last 12 months, and how does that differ between types of products, or region?
- Where are there opportunities for our business to launch new products?
- How many of my customers are due to mature in the next 12 months and how does that compare with our competitors?
- How has a recent market event impacted the market for our products?
- How does our market share vary in places where we have a branch, and why?
