What’s the role?
We are looking for a person who can join our leadership team to share the management responsibility of three diverse day service teams across two sites. The Position has been created to cover 2 x part time Managers in order to offer a supportive presence for staff and day service users. Ideally you will have experience of working/managing a day service or social care frontline service.

What We’re Looking For
The role involves developing community and building based opportunities and networks for service users to maintain, develop and promote their independence dependant on their own abilities.
As council run day centres, the role will require you to collaborate and engage with a wide range of professionals, therapists and health staff, as well as families and unpaid carers.
This post will share responsibility, along with the 3 Team Managers, for the smooth running of the service as well as the management and deployment of a team of staff delivering a service to centre users.
Location
The job is primarily based in the Ladywell Centre, 148 Dressington Avenue, London, SE4 1JF but you will be required to work in the Mulberry Centre, 15 Amersham Vale, London, SE14 6LE in New Cross when management cover is required.

- This job is part-time 28 hours per week (4 days; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday)

Salary
£42,861-£44,430 per annum pro rata (PO1)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
