DCM Manager

12 Month Contract

London - hybrid working

Starting ASAP

I'm recruiting for a DCM Manager to lead and develop the Treasury & Capital Markets function for a Financial Services business. This is a 12 month contract, looking for someone to start in late Feb/early March.

Responsibilities:

Securitisation of the loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements including covenants, advance rate and concentration limits
Management of the loan portfolio performance impact on the Group liquidity position and cashflow forecasts
Execution of loan sales and loan repurchases
Origination of new sources of funding and collaborating with the Finance function to leverage existing relationships
Management of the Debt Facility
Development and optimisation of the overall function, driving process improvements and managing risk appetite
Ad hoc projects supporting the Finance Transformation initiative, looking a systems and automations

Experience:

Proven experience with securing funding through capital markets

Background in a similar DCM role, ideally in a financial services environment

Strong financial modelling skills (SQL or Python desirable)

Experience with liquidity and cashflow management

Strong communications kills and stakeholder management experience
