Citizens Advice Solent East are looking for an experienced Debt Caseworker.
This role involves providing advice and support to clients facing financial difficulties. Working as part of a team caseworkers to provide advice covering a full range of debt issues., by researching and exploring options and implications so that the client can make informed decisions.
Making referrals where appropriate for additional help with related issues. Maintaining quality standards and ensuring the maintenance of accurate up to date case records are available and completed in a timely manner.
This is a busy and pressurised role so will require resilience and initiative-taking strong collaborator with excellent people skills.
