This is a vital role within our service, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people facing financial hardship.
Based primarily at our Mansfield and Worksop offices, you will be at the heart of our client journey - ensuring that those who come to us for help receive a smooth, supportive, and effective experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing clients for appointments, assisting with case recording and reporting, and providing essential administrative support to our busy team of Debt Caseworkers.
