How you create impact
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following procedures, managing service requests, and offering tailored logistics solutions
- Provide proactive updates and support on delivery status, including delays and resolutions
- Build strong client relationships by presenting available service options and delivering exceptional care
- Monitor shipments and coordinate logistics alternatives to minimize delays
- Collaborate with Business Development to optimize client-specific processes and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain and update SOPs and COPs to support operational consistency and compliance
- Track performance metrics and take corrective action to uphold service standards
- Foster cross-functional communication with Sales, Operations, and QA to align customer expectations and enhance loyalty
What we would like you to bring
- Proven experience in aviation or logistics
- Strong grasp of international/domestic airline routing, geography, and time zones
- Expertise in handling time-critical shipments across various transportation services
- Proven risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid customer service background with diplomatic communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work flexible hours in a 24/7/365 operational environment
